The supply pressure of piped coal gas for ordinary plac es is from 1000 to
1200PA, and the calorific value is 14.63-15.88 megajoule per cubic meter. (2)
The supply pressure of natural gas is higher than or egual to 1700 PA, and
thalue is 35.58 megajoule per cubic meter. (3) Users shall bear all the cost for
installation from the existing gas pipe networks, but the property right belongs
to the gas company. The gas company is trying to promote the use of gas as a
source of central air-conditioning system and users can apply for reduction or
exemption of charges for increased capacity. The price of gas is RMB 1.20 per
cubic meter.
