A construction project undertaken by wholly foreign-owned enterprises or joint ventures whose capital is under or at USD 30 million is subject to a license fee at 0.1% of the total cost of civil engineering and the water and electricity facilities. The portion that exceeds USD 30 million will be charged at 0.05%.
